Golden Harvest Candles

(Lincoln, NE)Golden Harvest Candles is a family owned business that specializes in custom made, hand poured, soy wax candles. Golden Harvest Candles was started in February of 2003 with a simple but unique idea - allowing the customer to select the color and scent combination they want in a candle. If the customer loves the fragrance of Fresh Peaches but needs the candle in a color to match their room décor of Sage Green, Golden Harvest can make it. By allowing the customer to mix and match from their growing list of fragrances, nine vibrant colors and three different size containers, the customer is able to create a candle as unique as they are.

Before selling a single candle, Golden Harvest spent six months researching and testing many different waxes, fragrances, colors and wicks. Their goal was to create a candle of the highest quality, a candle that they would be proud to burn in their own home. Each color is specially formulated to give customers a variety of vibrant colors to choose from. Golden Harvest fully tests its fragrances and only use the ones that meet their high expectations in their candles. Each wick is made from all natural cotton and paper fibers, containing no lead or zinc to pollute the air.

It was during these months of research and testing that Golden Harvest came to realize the benefits of natural soy wax over paraffin wax. Unlike petroleum-based paraffin wax, soy wax is clean burning and non-toxic and will not pollute your home with the bi-products found in paraffin wax. Not only that, by using soy wax, they are helping to support American soybean farmers and put money back into the American economy. The end result is a high quality candle that burns 95% soot free; a candle that allows the customer to select the scent, color and container combination; a candle that they are proud to offer their customers at a reasonable price.
